How to Make Capricorn Goat Horns with Tin Foil and Paper

You can use this technique to make goat horns, ram horns, devil horns, or horns for a fursuit using this technique. It is super easy, and very inexpensive to make.

You will need:

• Paper Towel
• Tin Foil or Aluminum Foil
• Cornstarch
• White Glue
• Mod Podge
• Water
• Acrylic paint
• Glitter Paint (optional)
• String
